POSITION INFORMATION

Working closely with the Executive Director and Director of Total Rewards; role will manage the day-to-day administration of ETS’s Compensation Programs. Will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs including base salary, short term, and long-term incentives; and recognition programs. The role will provide guidance and assistance to management and HR team members (i.e., HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition) and will serve as the compensation point of contact to designated business units and/or functional groups.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Solid understanding of compensation fundamentals, including job/level matching, market pricing, program design
  • Strong Excel knowledge including sorting/filtering, pivot tables, complex functions, and strong quantitative skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret data and create meaningful, understandable models, reports, metrics, and recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work products consistently.
  • Analytical background that shows proven success as a thoughtful comp partner and attention to detail
  • Ability to use data to support and make decisions, articulate the business reasons, and program ideas to the management team.
  • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities.


Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:

  • Bachelors’ Degree required, preferably in HRM or other related field.
  • CCP preferred.


Relevant Years of Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience in a corporate or consulting environment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables as needed.
