Job Overview:

A Campaign Developer is responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels. The campaign developer must engage with cross-functional teams to plan, create, execute, and analyze campaign performance to drive business objective. Utilize his subject matter/technical expertise and creativity to implement innovative solutions and deliver impactful campaigns.

Notice: Quick joiner (Max 30 Days)

Working Time: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Mandatory Skills: campaign management (planning, execution, and optimization), email marketing, content management, event planning.

Qualification: BE/ B. Tech, Graduate in Computer Science preferred, Also graduation from Economics / Stats/Mathematics

Roles and Responsibility:

The candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years’ experience in executing campaigns on CRM platform; designing and implementing campaigns.

Campaign Execution: Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to deploy campaigns efficiently and effectively.

Monitor campaign performance: metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results

Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine campaign elements and improve performance.

Technical Implementation: Collaborate with the IT or development team to implement tracking mechanisms and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance accurately.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in all campaign activities.

Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance to stakeholders across the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing and campaign management.

Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Proactively recommend and implement optimizations to enhance future campaign performance.

Certification in Marketing automation platform such as Salesforce, Adobe, MoEngage will be highly preferred

Experience in implementation of the Marketing Automation shall be highly preferred.

Should have understanding of data and tech architecture for implementation

Should be able to understand concepts of end-to-end customer journey experiences.

Knowledge of landing page development, Webinars, HTML

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles.

Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
