Graphic Designer

Kapiva Ayurveda is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Bengaluru team. The scope of this role is the design creation and asset management for all the offline, print and sale-led efforts at Kapiva with end-to-end project management, an ideal candidate must bring at least 3 years of experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Conceptualise and develop visual designs based on the creative brief given by the stakeholders

2.Organise and own daily tasks and take on bigger roles with little to no supervision

3.Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, having 3D knowledge with a supporting portfolio is preferred

4.Study and analyse design briefs and work with copywriters/ content managers to

produce final designs

5.Conceptualise again and again, till the requirements are cracked

6. Supporting the sales channels in developing sharp communication targeted at

consumers across the customer lifecycle

7.Supporting the marketing function in developing world-class communication in the themes of health, wellness, and Ayurveda

8.Liaising with copywriters, freelancers, agencies, etc as required to achieve the

organisation’s design objectives

9.Continuously innovating and tapping the latest trends to push the bar on Kapiva’s creative quality

Required Skillset :

1.Through with the basic design concepts of grids, colours, composition/ framing to make beautiful and aesthetic visuals with excellent details

2.Have excellent communication skills

3.Willing to work under tight deadlines and organise other tasks in hand without losing the final quality

4.Willing to learn and grow
