Job Description As a Social Media Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies across various social media platforms to engage our audience, build brand awareness, and drive conversions. You will oversee the creation, curation, and scheduling of content, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities: Content Strategy: ● Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies for all social media channels, including but not limited to text posts, images, videos, stories, and interactive content. ● Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content with overarching brand and campaign objectives. ● Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform content planning. Content Creation and Curation: ● Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each social media platform, considering formats, best practices, and audience behavior. ● Curate relevant user-generated content and third-party content to supplement brand-owned content. ● Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters to produce compelling visuals and copy. Content Calendar Management: ● Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent publishing schedule across platforms. ● Schedule and publish content using social media management tools, optimizing timing and frequency for maximum reach and engagement. ● Monitor content performance and adjust scheduling as needed based on analytics insights. Analytics and Optimization: ● Track and analyze key performance metrics for social media content, such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions. ● Use analytics insights to iterate and optimize content strategies, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. ● Experiment with different content formats, messaging, and targeting strategies to continuously improve performance. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. ● Proven experience of 4+ yrs in social media content creation and management, preferably in a similar industry or role. ● Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. ● Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity. ● Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. ● Experience with handling a team, assigning tasks, managing daily responsibilities effectively. ● Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. ● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. ● Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
