Job Description - Technical Recruiter II

Position Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter focused on Contract-to-Hire (C2H) placements, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging with high-quality technical professionals for various contract opportunities with our clients. This role involves a blend of sourcing, interviewing, relationship building, and client management.


Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for a variety of technical positions within agreed timeframes.


Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and technical experts to understand job requirements and assess candidates accordingly.


Candidate Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain positive candidate relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Provide candidates with a detailed understanding of the client's culture, expectations, and growth opportunities.


Client Collaboration:

  • Work closely with our clients to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  • Present suitable candidates to clients, facilitate interviews, and coordinate feedback and offers.


Negotiation and Closure:

  • Handle salary negotiations and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a smooth transition from contract to full-time employment.


Compliance and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and client correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations during the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on contract hiring (C2H).
  • Strong knowledge of technical roles, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to source, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
