Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Full Stack Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights through advanced data modelling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques. You will leverage your expertise in various domains, including classification, regression, graph transformers, and root cause analysis, to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Design and implement robust data models and pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data visualization to uncover valuable insights and patterns.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for classification, regression, and other predictive tasks using techniques such as graph transformers and deep learning.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors contributing to specific outcomes or anomalies.
  • Implement advanced statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inference, to draw reliable conclusions from data.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and relevant technologies, and drive their adoption within the organization.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices in data science and machine learning workflows.


Skills and Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science roles, with a strong understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python , R, or Scala, and experience with data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
  • Expertise in data manipulation, cleansing, and preprocessing techniques, as well as data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and experience with data warehousing and data lake architectures.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Strong understanding of classification, regression, and graph transformer techniques, as well as their applications in various domains.
  • Experience in root cause analysis and implementing statistical methods for causal inference and experimental design.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.
