The product rests on the three pillars of data-science, transparency, and ethics to match students to their best fit universities and programs. Core Responsibilities: Drive the overall influencer marketing lead-generation and brand strategy for GradRight by aligning with some of the biggest creators in the education and study abroad space. Drive growth by executing comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives. Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with influencers and content creators relevant to the brand's target audience across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media channels. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. Utilize analytics tools to monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer campaigns. Use insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI. Manage the influencer marketing budget effectively, negotiate competitive rates, and ensure cost-efficient campaign execution. Other Responsibilities: Stay updated on industry trends, social media platform changes, and emerging influencer marketing trends to keep the brand strategy innovative and competitive. Collaborate with influencers for event promotions, launches, and other brand-related activities. Engage with the brand's online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions for effective ORM. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field 3-4 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or brand management Skills: Influencer Relationship Management: Proven ability to identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers. Campaign Management: Experience in planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns. Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance. Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative influencer marketing strategies. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Time Management: Effective time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and collaborations simultaneously.
