Engineering Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your role will involve strategizing, project management, part staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager. Responsibilities 1: Responsible for delivering key engineering results in support of Sustaining Engineering, New product development, and VAVE. Including building the team's capability and capacity within the region and executing the global engineering projects for the Group 2: Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to develop innovative designs that meet all requirements for performance, reliability, safety, cost, and manufacturability. 3: Act as a technical mentor and expert tech reviewer. Review and approve design proposals based on requirements/statements of work and present them to stakeholders/customers. Continuously develop and enhance the technical capabilities of the teams to provide best-in- 4: class solutions in line with present and future business needs 5: Focus on quickly addressing OpCo's requirements to resolve business critical situations related to engineering. Skills Required-: CTQ 1 At least 15+ years of demonstrated experience in leading & managing an engineering team. CTQ 2 Developing positive customer relations, participation in strategic events with customers CTQ 3 Problem Solving - Uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions, Probes all fruitful sources for answers, can see hidden problems, Is excellent at honest analysis. Looks beyond the obvious and doesn't stop at the first answers.. CTQ 4 Complex decision-making; makes good decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment and also in the atmosphere of uncertainty.
