CSM Tech is looking for experienced candidates responsible for developing an effective, efficient, interactive MIS from the available data for monitoring, drawing insight & forecasting. He/She will be responsible for maintaining MIS of resources, departments etc.

Qualification: Any Graduate (with Statistical Knowledge)
Job Description:
- Develop an effective, efficient, interactive MIS from the available data for monitoring, drawing insight & forecasting.
- Ensure that MIS is capable of providing quick analysis (dashboard capability) of trends and comparisons against defined indicators at various levels.
- Develop mechanism for ensuring effective internal coordination across the Department for data sharing.
- Maintain and manage various data sets.
- Develop MIS user manual / guiding document for sustainability purposes.
- Interact and work closely with Management, internal stakeholders to understand the business information needs.
- Ensuring all reports & dashboards are prepared as per stakeholder requirements as per the desired frequency (weekly/ monthly/quarterly).
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
Candidate Profile:
- Should have good knowledge and experience of MIS Systems like Pivot tables, V Look Up, H Look Up
- Should have good communication skills
- Should be smart and must possess good interpersonal skills
