Role Description

  • This is a full-time hybrid role as a Social Media Marketing Manager and Digital Events Coordinator at Confluex. The Social Media Marketing Manager/ Digital Events Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, creating and curating content, developing social media strategies, and optimizing social media presence. Some remote work is acceptable, but the role is based in Bhubaneswar.


Event Planning and Coordination:

Plan and schedule webinars and online meetings focused on technology topics, particularly generative AI and Web3 technologies.

Identify and coordinate with guest speakers, industry experts, and influencers in the fields of generative AI and Web3 to participate in events.

Ensure all technological requirements for hosting webinars are met, including software platforms and audience interaction tools.

Content Development:

Collaborate with tech experts in generative AI and Web3 and content creators to develop engaging and informative content for webinars.

Create presentation materials and coordinate with speakers to ensure content is well-prepared and aligns with audience interests.

Promotion and Marketing:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote events on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

Create compelling promotional materials such as posts, banners, and videos to attract attendees, with a focus on topics related to generative AI and Web3.

Engage with the community through social media to build interest and encourage registration.

Audience Engagement:

Monitor audience feedback during and after events to gauge engagement and satisfaction.

Organize post-event follow-ups such as Q&A sessions, surveys, and feedback forms to enhance future events, with particular attention to insights from generative AI and Web3 topics.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators like attendance rates, engagement levels, and overall feedback to measure event success, especially those related to generative AI and Web3.

Provide detailed reports on each event's performance and suggest improvements for future initiatives.


Skills Required
  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of and ability to explain concepts related to generative AI and Web3.
  • Marketing Skills: Experience with social media marketing and content creation tools.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and use insights to improve event outcomes.
  • Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in developing content strategies
  • Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Experience in utilizing analytics to drive social media strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
