Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Human Resources Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies. They will develop and implement compliance programs and procedures, conduct internal audits, and provide guidance and training to employees. The Human Resources Compliance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues and recommend solutions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in HR management or compliance preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in HR compliance, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR compliance policies and procedures.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to practical situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience conducting investigations and resolving compliance-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to ethical conduct and integrity.
