Role Description This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager role. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching services to new clients, and maintaining a good relationship with existing clients. They will also be responsible for developing quotes and proposals for clients and negotiating and renegotiating contracts.

Qualifications Experience in sales, marketing, or related field Excellent communication and negotiation skills Expertise in strategic planning and execution Ability to build and maintain rapport with clients Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce or related CRM software
