We are seeking an experienced Industry Professional to lead our Retained Search Practice focusing on C-suite level positions across industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with extensive industry experience and a robust network of connections at the C-suite level. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.


Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth for the Retained Search Practice at the C-suite level.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at the C-suite level across industries.
  • Generate leads, prospect new clients, and nurture existing client relationships to maximize sales opportunities.


Client Engagement:

  • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their executive talent acquisition needs and requirements.
  • Present our retained search solutions and value proposition to clients, highlighting our expertise in C-suite level placements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize search strategies and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.


Market Expansion:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities across industries.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand our footprint and grow market share in C-suite level retained search practices.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.


Executive Search Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and researchers in executing high-quality retained search engagements at the C-suite level.
  • Provide guidance and direction on search strategies, candidate sourcing, and client engagement best practices.
  • Ensure excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction throughout the search process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with prior experience in executive search or related industries.
  • Extensive industry experience at the C-suite level, with a strong network of connections and relationships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
