<h4>Job Description</h4><p><strong>Job Title</strong></p><br><p>Six Sigma Blackbelt (Offshore)- B3</p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><br><p>Hyderabad</p><p><strong>Reports To</strong></p><br><p>Account Blackbelt</p><p><strong>Job Overview</strong></p><br><p>To govern schedule support in improvement projects across onshore and offshore in aligned account</p><br><p>Lead and drive improvement projects specific to aligned account to create value through Six Sigma, LEAN Techniques, Analytics and smart automation</p><br><p>Manage metric and should be able to do RCA on deviations</p><br><p>Should be well versed in FMEA / 7 QC Tools / Auditing procedures</p><p><strong>Principal Responsibilities</strong></p><br><p>To identify and support improvement projects across aligned accounts</p><br><p>Help improvement project leads in framing idea statement, estimate value and support till closure of the improvement projects across aligned to accounts</p><br><p>Coordinate with various departments of client and Wipro on implementation of action ideas coming from offshore improvement project leads and take it to closure</p><br><p>Responsible for accurate data report outs on improvement projects status across onshore and offshore</p><br><p>Should be able to support operations on FMEA, RCA and audits</p><br><p>Should be able to conduct audits basis CMS</p><p><strong>Critical Skills to perform Job</strong></p><br><p>>=2 Years experience in quality or >=7 years in Banking Financial Services Insurance or relevant domain experience</p><br><p>Good communication skills.</p><br><p>Should have worked on Six Sigma Projects to closure</p><br><p>Good analytical skills with logical reasoning ability </p><br><p>Should have ability to identify root causes on issues related to domain</p><br><p>Working knowledge in Minitab / MS Office</p><p><strong>Minimum Eligibility Criteria</strong></p><br><p>Any Graduate / Post Graduate. </p><br><p>Six Sigma Blackbelt certified</p><br><p>>=2 Years experience in quality or >=7 years in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or relevant domain experience</p><br><p>Should have served at a leadership role B2 or above in respective domain</p><br><h4>Job Classification</h4><b>Industry: </b>IT Services & Consulting</br><b>Functional Area: </b>IT Services & Consulting</br><b>Role Category: </b>Business Process Quality </br><b>Role: </b>Process Excellence / Six Sigma Manager</br><b>Employement Type: </b>Full time</br><h4>Contact Details:</h4><b>Company: </b>Wipro</br><b>Location(s): </b>Hyderabad</br><b>
