1. ROLE OBJECTIVE –

Major role shall be relationship building, researching the market and related products along with presenting the product favourably and in a structure professional manner.


2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

 Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers (Chefs).

 Acting as a contact between FS brand and its existing and potential markets.

 Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.

 Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sales. Also negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

 Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers and challenging any objectives with a view to getting the customer to buy.

 Demonstration of FS products to make different dishes.

 Developing innovative dishes and menu for customers with FS products.

 Menu development for customers.

 Create a basket selling strategy for sales team and cuisine selling approach.

 Training of sales team on cooking different dishes across cuisines with FS products.


Specific skill sets:

 Excellent communication skills.

 Demonstration skills.

 Cooking & plating skills especially Indian Cuisine.

 Excellent selling & negotiation skills.

This would be a field job and the Chef would be handling entire Kerala Region.
