Key responsibilities:

  1. Working on a complete recruitment cycle
  2. Resolving and addressing day-to-day admin-related issues
  3. Managing applications in ATS
  4. Handling employee engagement
  5. Assigning work to office staff
  6. Handling the onboarding process
  7. Handling the exit process
  8. Ensuring a structured management of all the important data of the company
  9. Working on other administration-related works

Requirements:

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Experience with any ATS & HRMS, preferably Zoho Recruit & Zoho People
  3. Must be proficient in English (written and spoken)
  4. Must have a problem-solving attitude
  5. Must be professional and approachable to the employees
  6. Must be tech-savvy
