Sales Manager

Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in Jaipur, with a primary focus on government liaisoning and stakeholder management. Your role will involve understanding and navigating documentation, policies, advocacies, and validations relevant to our industry. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in business acquisition, implementing effective business strategies, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, officials, and other stakeholders in Jaipur. Understand and interpret relevant documentation, policies, advocacies, and validations pertaining to our industry. Lead the sales team in implementing strategies to acquire new business opportunities in Jaipur. Develop and execute effective client handling techniques to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the [Industry] sector. Strong understanding of government liaisoning and stakeholder management processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
