Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Delivery Manager with a minimum of three years of experience working on the Mendix platform. The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of projects leveraging Mendix technologies, ensuring alignment with client requirements, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Mendix projects, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships, managing expectations, and addressing concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive collaboration and successful project outcomes.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing project requirements with team capacity and skill sets to optimize project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for quality assurance and testing within Mendix projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery process, leveraging feedback, metrics, and industry best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Mendix Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in the Mendix platform to provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, enabling them to maximize the capabilities of the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working on the Mendix platform, with a strong understanding of Mendix development principles and best practices.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering Mendix projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
