We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing the recruitment strategy for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US healthcare/BPO industry, along with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the sector. Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment plans, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of the sector
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a high caliber of talent is brought into the organization.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and providing feedback to candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to onboard new hires and ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or similar role, preferably within the US Healthcare sector.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and skill requirements.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to attract passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively.
