  • AEM Publishers must also manage workflows to ensure that content is routed to the appropriate stakeholders for review and approval.
  • Responsible for ensuring that content meets quality standards before it is published. This may involve reviewing content for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Responsible for maintaining content governance policies, including version control and content archiving. They must ensure that content is properly managed throughout its lifecycle, from creation to retirement.
  • Publishers may be responsible for providing technical support to content authors and editors, including troubleshooting issues with the CMS platform, providing training on CMS features, and resolving content-related issues.
  • Good understanding on Content Management System (CMS platforms – Dot CMS, WordPress, Drupal), its components, advantages
  • Understanding of Website structures, web layouts, template design, etc.
  • Research and select keywords aligning with website content and audience.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to create SEO-friendly content.
  • Optimize on-page elements for search engine visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Manage website content organization for improved user experience.
  • Develop strategies for acquiring high-quality inbound links.
  • Coordinate with web developers to address technical SEO issues.
  • Track SEO metrics and provide regular reports for improvement.
  • Promote content via social media, email, and other channels.
  • Work with UX designers to enhance user experience and indirectly influence SEO.
