Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Co-Founder (CTO) at Wealth Tech. The Co-Founder (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the company and leading the development of the technology roadmap. They will work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to drive innovation and shape the company's technology strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technology leader or CTO in a startup or similar fast-paced environment
- Strong technical background and expertise in software development, architecture, and infrastructure
- Experience in leading and building high-performing engineering teams
- Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience in defining and implementing technology strategies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in the Wealth Tech industry is desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
