Hello All, Greetings from LTIMINDTREE!! •Skill- WPS Networking: Exp-8+ years Location-Hyderabad/BangaIore Skills: Windows Server, Wireless networking, Networking fundamentals & protocols. Job Description- Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Support or Customer Service & Support. Hands on experience on Microsoft Windows Server services like DHCP, DNS, File Share, DFS, Remote access (VPN, DirectAccess, RRAS and CMAK), NPS, Wireless networking and authentication. Hands on experience on Networking fundamentals & protocols (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, ARP, ICMP, VPN, IPSEC). Good understanding of Microsoft Windows server and client OS technology including AD forest, Domains, Trust, group policy. Required Soft Skill: Excellent spoken and written English skills. Deep analytical skills to understand customer ask and provide them with effective solutions. Excellent communication skills and team player with ability to build solid relationships at all levels, across teams and business functions. Extremely high-level attention to detail with methodical troubleshooting process. Excellence in Documentation and creating knowledge articles. Quick learner, independent problem solving and critical thinking skills; selfdirected, self-starting with strong analytical approach. Take command of calls and drive them to conclusions. Responsibilities: Responsible for Case Troubleshooting and resolution by actively working with customers located globally. Handle incoming support requests (SEV 1, A, B & C); work with internal team, proactively identify risk, collaborate closely with other team members to address the issue to ensure fast resolution and high customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot the issue by following the workflow defined in the process on the service request based on customer's submitted cases. Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our processes. Willingness to work in Nightshift (EST & PST time zones).
