Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting for various non-technical positions within the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a keen eye for identifying top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with BDM to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as a recruiter in a non-IT environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
