Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Manager to lead our Website Management and SEO team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of website development, optimization strategies, and search engine algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both managerial roles and hands-on SEO execution. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 professionals, driving strategies to enhance our online presence, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities: 1.     Team Leadership and Management: ·       Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to a team of 10 professionals involved in website management and SEO. ·       Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. ·       Set clear objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and identify opportunities for skill development and growth within the team. 2.     Website Management: ·       Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to ensure an exceptional user experience. ·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to execute website initiatives and projects effectively. ·       Monitor website performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to enhance site visibility, engagement, and conversion rates. 3.     SEO Strategy Development and Implementation: ·       Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to company websites. ·       Conduct keyword research, analyze competitor strategies, and stay abreast of industry trends to optimize content and website structure for search engines. ·       Implement on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including link building, content optimization, and technical SEO audits, to maximize online visibility and authority. 4.     Performance Monitoring and Reporting: ·       Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as traffic, conversions, and keyword rankings, and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders. ·       Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for optimization based on data-driven insights, adjusting strategies accordingly to achieve desired outcomes. 5.     Cross-Functional Collaboration: ·       Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align website and SEO strategies with overall business objectives and marketing campaigns. ·       Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications: ·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. ·       Minimum of 10 years of experience in website management and SEO, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role. ·       Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·       In-depth knowledge of website development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz). ·       Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and emerging trends in digital marketing. ·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. ·       Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ·       Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation. ·       Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications is a plus.
