Position: Human Resource - Payroll Administration


Required Skills:


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Good communication (written and spoken English skills) The candidate should bear specialisation and/or work
  • Experience on Payroll Administration and related HR
  • Operations Ensuring Payroll related Governances are in place and fully operational
  • Should be up to date on Statutory Compliances related to the Employee Payroll Process. Ability to understand and implement various flexi-CTC
  • packages including flexi benefits and the like Evaluate and improve process levels within HR in functions such as Payroll, Vendor Management. This will be an important


Required Skills:

  • Should be able to work on payroll processes and other related parts with a reasonably strong degree of autonomy
  • Ability to oversight manage other activities from an HR perspective for MGS as assigned


Qualification: Masters in MBA/HR or relevant qualifications


Experience: 5 -10 years experience
