Job Description Training: Complete rigorous training programs to acquire in-depth knowledge of AutoCAD software solutions, features, and benefits. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to demonstrate the value proposition of AutoCAD products to prospective clients. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through effective communication and follow-up. Sales Support: Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including product demonstrations, technical assistance, and troubleshooting. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and activities using CRM tools to track progress, forecast revenue, and prioritize opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
