Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead T24 upgrade projects from planning to execution phase, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of client requirements and existing system configurations to develop upgrade strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Plan and coordinate upgrade activities, including system testing, data migration, and user training.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project team members throughout the upgrade process.
  • Perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements as needed to support upgrade requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve technical challenges during the upgrade process.
  • Document upgrade procedures, configurations, and system changes for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure alignment of expectations and project outcomes.
  • Stay updated on latest T24 releases, patches, and best practices to optimize upgrade processes and outcomes.


Desired Skill Set:-

  • Relevant of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Temenos T24 core banking system upgrades and implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of T24 architecture, modules, and functionality.
  • Proven experience leading T24 upgrade projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in T24 customization, scripting, and debugging.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
