Sr Finance executive

Job Summary:

Ideal candidate will have a strong background in core finance and accounting, along with a solid understanding of business finance principles. Will play a key role as GL team member in Accounts Consolidation, Audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations, handling Indian Tax Matters.


Responsibilities :


  • Ensure accurate and timely book closure, monthly and preparation of financial statements, Balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants to ensure compliance with accounting standards, Tax filing and regulations and filing annual compliance reports.
  • Exposure in handling subsidiary accounts in US, APAC Region and related compliance matters
  • As member of GL team, Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant
  • Proven experience in handling / consolidating the finance, maintaining /liasoning with Auditors/ Tax Depts, preferably in the IT services or technology industry
  • Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting principles and Indian Accounting standards, practices and regulations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate and influence the teams within Finance and across departments.
  • High ethical standards and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
