The National Direct to Customer Channel Team is looking for smart and dynamic people to join as Lead-Marketing for the channel. We seek a highly motivated, analytical, customer centered, creative professional to join our team to help ideate, execute and drive programs for our high value customers The candidate will be responsible for marketing activities to drive Business growth through innovative marketing initiatives for improving Mobility, Broadband & DTH acquisitions through the D2C channel (Retail & Broadband GTM) At D2C, You’ll Get to: Be part of the transformational Journey of One Homes opportunity at Airtel Simplify the Journey of Service with a Unified GTM strategy Work with razor-sharp colleagues in D2C, Circles, Product & Marketing Teams. Deliverables (key responsibilities): Manage the GTM for all marketing activities including new product launch in D2C- from communication/performance tracking/extension/curtailing etc. Design and execute the engagement and incentive program for a large workforce Oversee market analysis, monitor competitive activity, and identify customer needs Evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives & partnerships by working closely with the leadership team Plan and rollout direct consumer acquisition initiatives in close collaboration with cross functional teams Provide circle teams with insights, tools and performance updates and trackers aimed at improving acquisitions initiatives efficiencies Get budget sign off for the marketing activities / calendar and manage it with the Circles Demonstrate (Key competencies): Co Create the Transformational Journey of Airtel retail through design thinking Collaboration with vertical Heads, Product Team, Peers/Seniors and team in Unit/Business Result Oriented – Ability to drive stretched targets and delivers Sensitive towards the expectations of internal customers Consulting, Facilitation and Negotiation skills Educational Level: MBA from premier B-schools, Tier 1 College only. Working Experience: At least 2-3 years of work experience Preferred sectors: Retail, Broadband, Telecom Familiarity with marketing & communication strategy and implementation, VM, etc.
