Description :- The CLM Manager is responsible for driving growth (ARPU) & experience (churn reduction) for their respective category. They work with the category marketing teams, consumer insights team, brand, product & data sciences/analytics to identify key cohorts & levers for growth. They own the growth funnel from awareness to final conversions. Role and responsibilities:- Responsible for category net adds & experience Responsible for category ARPU Responsible for driving upsell & cross sell of new services on category Key Jobs To Be Done:- Derive consumer insights through research, market data, analytics, circle and call center visits Convert insights into actionable cohorts by working with analytics & data science Design campaigns & programs to drive ARPU or churn reduction on each cohort Design & execute campaigns across all relevant channels to drive goal adoption Own end to end growth funnel for each action - from awareness to final conversion Build CLM capability roadmap for the category & work with the CLM COE to deliver the same Constantly benchmark industry best practices on growth Skills: Strong analytical skills Good communication skills Growth marketing Collaboration & stakeholder management Educational Qualifications:- MBA (Marketing) with Tier-1/2 preferred Work Experience:- At least 2-4 years of work experience
