Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Senior TIBCO Administrator with extensive experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our TIBCO infrastructure while also implementing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO administration along with expertise in CI/CD tools and methodologies. Responsibilities: TIBCO Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of TIBCO infrastructure components, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO software as needed. Monitor system health and performance, and implement tuning and optimization as necessary. CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for TIBCO applications using industry-standard tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. Automate build, test, and deployment processes to accelerate software delivery. Integrate TIBCO deployment tasks into CI/CD workflows to achieve seamless deployments. Version Control and Configuration Management: Manage source code repositories and version control systems (e.g., Git) for TIBCO projects. Ensure consistency and traceability of configurations across environments using configuration management tools. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and facilitate smooth integration with CI/CD pipelines. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on TIBCO infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline status. Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Groovy for automation tasks. Solid knowledge of TIBCO infrastructure components and architecture. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and configuration management tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications such as TIBCO Certified Professional (TCP) or certifications in CI/CD tools are a plus.
