Responsibilities:
SAP Business AI Feature Exploration: Continuously explore and evaluate the latest SAP Business AI features and functionalities across all functional areas. Stay abreast of SAP's AI innovations and assess how they can be integrated into current and future business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
Team Enablement: Lead the enablement of delivery teams by organizing training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing to ensure they are proficient in implementing SAP Business AI features. Develop a culture of continuous learning within the team, focusing on the practical application of SAP Business AI solutions in client projects.
Pre-Sales Engagement: Actively participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning, demonstrations, proposal creation and client presentations. Showcase the capabilities and benefits of SAP Business AI solutions to potential clients, working closely with sales teams to articulate the value proposition and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Solutioning and Innovation: Work collaboratively with practice leads and delivery teams to develop innovative SAP Business AI solutions that meet the strategic and operational needs of clients. Leverage your deep understanding of SAP modules and Business AI functionalities to design solutions that optimize business processes and deliver measurable outcomes.
Act as subject matter expert on SAP Business AI implementation strategies, ensuring solutions are aligned with their business goals.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives and sales strategies to promote SAP Business AI services. Collaborate with practice leads in each functional area for upskilling of resources.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor solutions, and market needs. Translate insights into actionable strategies to enhance the practice’s market positioning and service offerings.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting , with a focus on SAP implementation, integration, and support.
Deep experience in core modules of SAP modules, including SAP ECC and S/4HANA in multiple functional areas such as Logistics, Finance, and others.
Strong understanding of AI / GenAI in general and AI infused enterprise applications with SAP Business AI and BTP.
Experienced in team management roles, preferably as a Lead / Manager / Practice Manager or similar roles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience in project management, resource allocation, and budget management.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Ability to travel as needed.
