Scope of the role:

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be instrumental in implementing and enhancing enterprise-wide technology solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Your responsibilities include enhancing existing SFDC applications, estimating project efforts, and ensuring timely task execution to meet project milestones. You will collaborate closely with delivery team members to understand business solution requirements and leverage your technical expertise with adherence to best practices for SFDC custom development and deployment processes, along with managing maintenance releases and code deployments, will be crucial aspects of your role.

As a leader and mentor, you'll provide guidance and support to cultivate a high-performing team of Salesforce developers

Responsibilities: -

• Take the lead in hands-on designing, developing, and deploying highly customized Salesforce solutions across various business domains.
• Spearhead the adoption of Salesforce best practices to ensure scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance.
• Supervise the integration of Salesforce with external systems.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews.
• Mentor and nurture a team of skilled Salesforce developers, promoting a culture of collaboration.
• Effectively delegate tasks, recognize team members' strengths, and support their professional development.
• Play an active role in recruiting and selecting new developers.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to articulate technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Provide transparent progress updates and proactively manage expectations.
• Stay abreast of emerging Salesforce technologies and releases, exploring their potential applications.
• Introduce innovative ideas and best practices to continually enhance our Salesforce implementation.

Requirements-

• 8+ years of extensive experience in designing and developing solutions on the force.com platform.
• Proficiency in business analysis to comprehend business problems and propose optimal technical solutions.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think critically and analytically.
• Expertise in a wide range of technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Lightning Components, Visualforce, Web Services, Salesforce Lightning App Builder, Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS), SOQL, AJAX, XML, JSON ,JavaScript, and HTML.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Extensions for VS Code, GIT and Deployment Tools like Copado.
• Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and MuleSoft etc.
• Proven track record of managing projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a large organizational setup.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Possession of Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent.
