The team Knowledge management in Keka plays a central role, enabling customers and internal stakeholders to drive value from the Keka HR Portal and stay abreast of the latest features. We have a sharp focus on creating content that customers find value in and helps them get the best out of their HRMS portal. The role We are looking for content specialists who can deliver high quality content in various formats. We write help articles, scripts, e-books, SOPs, create learning journeys, and more that helps customers and internal stakeholders alike. Key responsibilities include Maintaining the Keka knowledge base by creating new help content or editing existing content Work closely with customer success and product teams to create good quality content with short turn around times Create video scripts, assist in creating learning content and video production Ensure that new features are covered and communicated to the various stakeholders effectively. Must Haves - some key non-negotiables Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation in a technology space Understanding of the product lifecycle Experience working with various content formats and styles including videos, written content and learning content Ability to work on multiple projects at a time and drive these to completion Can take independent ownership and produce high quality content in adherence to the style guide Good to haves - To get you some brownie points Understanding of the HR domain Technical writing experience Experience in video production
