NOTE:- Day 1 from Onsite V-Soft Consulting Group Inc is seeking a talented and motivated Sr US Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the US market. Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth in the US market. Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management. Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns and requirements. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the US market, preferably in the IT staffing industry. BDM/Account Managers who can walk-in with clients, have good relationships and hit the ground running BDM can add any type of client, Tier-1, System Integrator or Direct Client. Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office. Should have good communication skills and be open and confident to pick up the phone and make calls. Should be smart and have good analytical skills. US work experience and understanding of US business culture and market dynamics. Willingness to travel as needed.
