Role and responsibilities-
Purpose of the role-
As a Sales Associate, the primary role is to generate and follow up with potential
clients for Solar Projects including industries, businesses and institutions.
Responsibilities-
Generate new leads of potential clients from existing and new databases.
Present marketing material or presentations to prospective clients.
Engage in Email or WhatsApp marketing, cold calling.
Recruit for junior position and also train and monitor them.
Lead a team and make sure they meet their target.
Coordinating for Bank finance for the client with a local bank, financial
institution.
Keeping track of events, conferences in the assigned region and participating in
them.
Qualifications-
Required Qualification-
Graduation is a compulsion

Handling large number of clients
Experience-
Min 2 years as a Team Leader(Tele Caller/ Business Development Executive)
Languages- English, Hindi and Bengali(all compulsory)
