Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the educational and international recruitment sector Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, government agencies, and industry partners Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and market insights Requirements Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the educational industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Willingness to travel as needed Benefits Opportunity to join a leading recruitment firm 2nd and 4th  S aturday   off and  S unday   off Work time :9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
