Responsibilities Drive customer satisfaction and experience by addressing product-related queries received on user support portal. Work with Client Success team to understand and gather the exact client requirements, work with different internal teams to address client queries, concerns and request pre, during and post client launch. Identify trends and patterns in large amounts of information using appropriate tools / techniques to scale the product. Plan and implement the overall analytics and business intelligence strategy regarding launch and development of new products. Glean insights regarding product friction, customer pain-points and user personas to drive product and process recommendations. Spearhead user-behaviour analysis to develop innovative strategies, tools and, modifications for enhancing customer experience in collaboration with Product Teams. Track all existing problems, consolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and route to the correct team for resolution. Report key performance metrics to senior management. Qualification & Skill Requirement: Qualification : Undergraduate degree from top-tier institutes of Delhi University. Work Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis. Analytical Skills : Applying your analytical genius to work with large amounts of data; having deep data mugging ability to prepare data for machine learning algorithms. Communication Skills : Having exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive content development and interact with high-end audience. Business Acumen : Having business smartness coupled with strong understanding of business concepts. Computer Skills : Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets (excel) and PowerPoint. Initiative: Ability to work with limited supervision within a team with high-level of individual initiative.
