Job Description (Qualified CA with experience in IND-AS): Supervise overall accounting function for the financial accounting team Review necessary workings / files for statutory audit, internal audit, etc. and liaise with auditors Manage RCM audits end to end, liaise with RCM / IFC auditors, secure all details and share with auditors, resolve all queries and ensure a clean RCM report Co-ordinate with the entire finance team at the time of year end audit; To assist in timely and accurate month end book closure To maintain the books of accounts and verify correctness of entries To assist in preparation of Annual Accounts as per Indian GAAP including notes to accounts Review month end and year-end financial reporting / reports to Group Finance Assist in preparing or review TDS workings and computations, ensure timely payouts of TDS Assist in preparing or review GST workings and computations, ensure timely payouts of GST Prepare process profitability statement for different business considering allocation of common costs on appropriate parameters for transfer pricing Manage / supervise insurance renewals and liaise with Group Insurance as need be Prepare various reports for the senior management team and Group at the end of the year to analyze the financials of the company; Provide technical support to financial accounting team for resolving queries and manage escalations; Initiate and manage tax audits and statutory audits and liaise with the external auditors; Manage internal controls, identify gaps / deficiencies, suggest improvements, liaise with external auditor Handle various tax and regulatory compliances; Manage all tax related assessments, filings, submissions, replies to tax authorities and liaise with tax consultants Manage the commercial negotiations and contracts for procurement; Supervise overall budget for capital projects and inform management for any deviations Ensure the month reporting to the client while highlighting actual performance for the month, budget variance, rolling forecast till the end of the year and balance sheet and cash flow statements; Supervise and review restructuring plans including any business valuations Prepare business presentations as may be required for the management Participate in recruitment of team members and conduct first round interviews; Conduct performance appraisals for team members and provide timely feedback; Coach and mentor the team as and when required. Assist and mentor executives in order to ensure that business objectives are met. Has supervisory or people management responsibility, with a particular emphasis on maximizing the performance of those that work for them.Is responsible for an element of business unit performance e.g. sales targets, customer service levels. Champions TCF among team ensuring it is built into all relevant objectives.
