Area/Territory Sales Manager is responsible for delivering organisational goals in the assigned territory for our range of products through market penetration with support of direct and indirect teams. The incumbent will actively create opportunities for sustainable long-term growth in the assigned territory.


  • Exceed or Achieve Annual revenue target for all our products
  • Market Penetration – Pvt, Corporate & Govt Accounts
  • Develop & maintain a detailed understanding of customer stakeholders and purchase process in accounts
  • Develop long term plans for customer accounts
  • Proactively plan responses for competition activities
  • Channel Partner Management
  • Channel Partner Identification, Selection & Management
  • Undertake timely performance reviews
  • Customer Engagement
  • Identify & maintain Key Opinion Leaders in the region
  • Work closely with Product & Marketing teams in strategizing & executing Conferences, CMEs and other related customer and clinical programs
  • Commercial Excellence
  • Ensure monthly linearity in Orders and Revenue
  • Timely payment collection
  • Proactively input, maintain and utilise market information in CRM tool


Requirements

  • Degree in Science/Engineering/Masters in Business Administration.
  • 5-10 years experience in Medical Equipment Sales, working directly and through channel partners
  • Understanding customer and market needs and map to organizations offerings.
  • Interpersonal and team management skills
  • Spoken and written communication skills
  • Negotiation and closing skills.
  • Technical and clinical understanding of Medtech solutions.
