This position plays a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day roles of Ecommerce manager including sales and management with various departments within the company. Responsibilities: Managing Retailers And Marketplaces Such As Amazon, Flipkart, Social E-Commerce, Myntra & TATA Cliq, Website Market Place Management: Managing and processing Market place orders on Flipkart, Amazon and Shopify Conducting sales analysis and Improve the overall sales on MoM basis. Excellent Cataloging skills Must be aware of Offers and promotions on Flipkart. Must knowledge of FBF and FBA. Must be aware of all the prospective of Flipkart. Must aware of running campaigns on Flipkart and Amazon. Conduct regular stock assessments and coordinate restocking efforts. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer requirements. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill orders promptly. Implement quality control measures to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including liaising with carriers and freight forwarders. Process orders and other issues with Shiprocket, Gati etc. Process Order claims timely. Monitor transportation schedules to ensure timely deliveries. Resolve logistics issues and implement improvements to streamline processes. Team Management: Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support. Conduct training sessions to enhance team efficiency and safety. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with VLOOKUP, Google sheets and google Scripts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software (Zoho, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
