What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement: Engage with the client and key stakeholders within client organizations - solutions, verticals, and regional teams - to understand the client’s focus areas in particular markets and align deliverables to clients’ focus areas
  • Project Management: Structure the scope of the study based on existing data and insight available. Manage expectations with junior analysts or service providers on the scope of work, delivery timelines, quality, etc.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of client organizations, industries, and market trends. Identify key issues and challenges and develop innovative strategies and solutions. Look for the best approach to conduct the study – devise a research strategy – using a mix of secondary sources and analyst interactions
  • Accountability: Ownership of overall quality check of the market insight profiles based on set process and parameters. Work hands-on on complex and simple tasks of the study – as and when required – especially on studies done to support the senior management
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, thought leadership content, and methodologies within the consulting firm. Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients and colleagues.

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of full-time work experience in a research and consulting setting, with a track record in information technology and telecom domain
  • Minimum master’s or equivalent degree in role related area; or significant marketing/data analysis experience with role-related Technology/Business qualification.
  • Database knowledge is an added advantage (e.g. Bloomberg, Factiva, Gartner, Globaldata, Omdia, IDc contracts database, TBRi, Capital IQ, Hoovers, Factiva, Statista, etc.)
  • Strong business analysis skills preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills, and Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, etc.
  • Strong writing skills including the ability to identify and surmise key messaging
  • Ability to work in fast paces environment
