Monitoring portfolio investments by conducting regular risk and performance analysis. Researching new investment opportunities and performing thorough due diligence. Preparing reports and providing recommendations in order to assist in decision making. Participating in all aspects of legal documentation, deal structuring and financing. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. The Profile You have at least 2 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Real Estate Investment role, ideally within the Hospitality and Real Estate industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You have solid experience in due dilligence, deal structuring and performance analysis. You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
