*Position Overview:*

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Zonal Head for our Equity Broking Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the equity broking operations within a designated zone, driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of client service.


*Key Responsibilities:*


1. *Business Development:*

- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and increase market share within the designated zone.

- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and client needs to capitalize on emerging opportunities.


2. *Team Management:*

- Lead and motivate a team of equity brokers, relationship managers, and support staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client service.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.


3. *Client Relationship Management:*

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their investment objectives and provide tailored solutions.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


4. *Risk Management and Compliance:*

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices to mitigate risks and uphold the integrity of the business.

- Implement effective risk management strategies and controls to safeguard client assets and maintain operational resilience.


5. *Performance Monitoring and Reporting:*

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and financial targets to assess the performance of the equity broking business within the zone.

- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.


6. *Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:*

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product teams, research analysts, and operations departments, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, industry associations, and business partners, to enhance the company's reputation and market presence.
