Overview:

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a YouTube Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel(s), ensuring content is uploaded, optimized, and promoted effectively. You will collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to drive audience growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Content Management:

• Upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube.
• Ensure all videos are properly optimized for SEO and audience engagement.
• Monitor video performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Channel Optimization:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow subscribers and increase watch time.
• Optimize channel layout, descriptions, and tags for maximum visibility.
• Stay informed about YouTube algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

Audience Engagement:

• Engage with viewers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Foster a sense of community among subscribers through polls, live streams, and other interactive features.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote videos across social media and other platforms.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all content meets brand standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits of the channel to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Monitor copyright and content ID claims, and take appropriate action as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement, and retention.
• Generate regular reports to analyze channel performance and identify trends.
• Use data insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize content strategy.
