What you'll do:

Team noon comprises some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

  • Support in preparing and uploading employment contracts offer letters & consultancy contracts for all regions.
  • Support in preparation of all HR letters
  • Data input on HRMS
  • Prepare salary transfer letters & update employees' bank details changes on HRMS
  • Support the offboarding team with EOS letters
  • Assist on JIRA requests - Salary certificates and NOC letters
  • Maintain employee trackers & data
  • Provide Adhoc support to People Service


What you’ll need

  • Previous experience in an HR administration role or internship.
  • Previous experience dealing with high-volume admin tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities & deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, and accuracy.
  • Highly organized.
