Role Description

Develop itinerary proposals & costs for tailor-made holidays in India, Nepal, Bhutan.

 

Work independently on the operational aspects of the booking, handling reservations and rate negotiation.

 

Ensure itinerary execution including monitoring changing until completion of the holiday by the client.

 

Be active in resolving and hurdles in the itinerary and work creatively to resolve them beforehand.

 

Work directly with hotel decision makers in supply chain to obtain competitive prices.

 

Work coherently and collaboratively with different internal and external stakeholders


Manage the entire life cycle of events including accounting, documentation, and coordinate with the Clients while they are on tour.


Coordinate & follow up with: Respective market manager, product, and R&D.

Qualifications

  • You should have at least 03 to 05 years’ experience in inbound tour operations with a tourism qualification.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and vendors
  • Destination knowledge of India and the subcontinent is a requirement.
  • Passion for learning about the culture and heritage of our country which you can share with the clients.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Fluency in English and multiple languages is a plus
