  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and IT requirements. Act as the main point of contact for clients and address their concerns or inquiries.
  • Independently handle end-to-end project management including stakeholder communications, pipeline management, project prioritization and project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, IT products, and emerging technologies. Continuously enhance knowledge of IT solutions to effectively address clients' needs and provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Successfully developed and implemented user-friendly reporting solutions, empowering stakeholders to effectively manage the business and make informed decisions.
  • Understand, track, and report operational needs of the account.
  • Ensure project meets set standards of quality and project requirements.
  • Understand clients' technical requirements and provide consultation on appropriate IT solutions. Collaborate with technical teams or experts to develop customized solutions or proposals that Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand the customer base.
