Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects utilizing Microsoft technologies and products, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency and quality
Skills:
Must Have
- Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies and products, including .NET Interoperability, .NET-based applications and services, .NET languages such as C#, VB.NET, or F# to create custom components
- SQL Server2008/2012/14/19 - 64-bit, Azure SQL or, Oracle 9i
- VS.NET, HTML, JavaScript, ADO.NET, Windows and Web service, WCF, IIS ASP.NET, MSMQ and WMQ
- Would prefer someone with ability to integrate Business Central with other systems and services using APIs, web services, or integration tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and Scrum
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Nice to Have
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, including finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, sales, and service management.
- Knowledge of NAV development tools such as C/SIDE (Client/Server Integrated Development Environment), C/AL (Client/Server Advanced Language), and C/AL Development Environment
- Familiarity with AL (Application Language) and Visual Studio Code for Business Central development
- Understanding of data migration tools and techniques to migrate data from NAV to Business Central.
- Ability to integrate Business Central with other systems and services using APIs, web services, or integration tools.
- Basic understanding of Azure cloud services as Business Central
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, including delivery of Microsoft-based projects
- Experience in leading and managing projects and teams
- Experience in working with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and delivering solutions that meet their needs
- Experience in creating and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead project delivery utilizing Microsoft technologies and products
- Provide guidance and support to team members in the implementation of Microsoft solutions
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and enhance Microsoft practices and methodologies
- Participate in client and internal meetings and provide status updates on project progress
- Ensure project delivery is in line with the project scope, timeline, and budget
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is a plus
