Summary of Role


Responsibilities include:


  • Utilize analytics techniques to assess the potential impact of product updates and promotional activities on player engagement and monetization.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and formulate hypotheses to guide analysis.
  • Dive deep into data to uncover meaningful patterns and trends that shed light on player preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights and recommendations, leveraging statistical methods and data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively.
  • Develop clear project plans and roadmaps based on identified insights, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects that align with strategic objectives and ensure timely execution.

This includes-

  • Partnering closely with the Product team to integrate data-driven insights into product development cycles, contributing to feature prioritization and iteration.
  • Working alongside the Technology team to implement tracking mechanisms and analytics infrastructure, ensuring accurate measurement and evaluation of project outcomes.
  • Collaborating with the Data Science team to harness machine learning capabilities for generating actionable insights and achieving strategic business objectives within the Marketing Analytics department.


Minimum Job Qualifications:


  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics.
  • Degree in Engineering/Statistics from a premier institute (IITs/NITs/BITS etc.)
  • Good SQL and Tableau skills - Ability to use queries on database and make data dashboards on Tableau.
  • Good understanding of statistics, probability, segmentation techniques.
  • Exceptional logical and analytical skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of python & comfort on Data Intelligence platforms ( like Databricks ) would be an advantage.
